The Sathorn area of town runs from Lumpini Park to the
Chao Phraya River, with South Sathorn Road providing Bangkok
with some of its finest hotels. The area is close to Silom
Road, which has some of Bangkok's most popular nightlife,
and Lumpini Park, a popular place to relax in the daytime
as well as having an excellent night market and beer garden.
